Robert specializes in the design and construction of temporary and permanent groundwater treatment systems for new construction, ash pond closure and environmental remediation, incorporating technologies such as air stripping, liquid phase carbon adsorption, oil/water separation, filtration, ion exchange, coagulation, flocculation, chemical precipitation, and ultraviolet light oxidation. He is also involved in the design and construction of numerous groundwater recovery systems, and other environmental systems ranging from dual phase vapor extraction, ozone injections, and in situ soil remediation. He holds a BS in Environmental Science from Kutztown University, in Kutztown, PA. He joined Keller in 2019 and has nine years of experience in the industry. Robert manages groundwater treatment projects nationwide and is based out of Keller’s Rockaway office in New Jersey.

Leigh has more than 23 years of experience specializing in the design and construction of temporary groundwater extraction and treatment systems for new construction, remediation and drinking water supply, incorporating technologies such as air stripping, liquid and vapor phase carbon absorption, oil/water separation, filtration, ion exchange, and ultraviolet light oxidation. She has considerable environmental experience, managing all facets of environmental projects including supervising fieldwork during site and remedial investigations and remedial actions, serving as client and state regulatory liaison, developing appropriate remedial actions, and preparing reports. She played a key role in the planning and installation of the first zero-valent iron (ZVI) permeable reactive barrier (PRB) at a brownfield site in New Jersey. Leigh holds a BA in Geology from Colgate University, in Hamilton, NY. 

Leigh manages groundwater treatment projects throughout New York and New Jersey. She is based out of Keller’s Rockaway office in New Jersey.

Joshua is a Senior Engineer specializing in dewatering. With over 16 years of experience in the geotechnical construction industry, he has a strong background in the design, estimating, supervision, and installation of wellpoint, deep well, and ejector systems for groundwater control. He holds both Masters and Bachelor of Science degrees in Civil Engineering from Manhattan College. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in New Jersey and has multiple Master Well Driller certifications and licenses. Since joining Keller in 2008, he has filled a variety of roles, including Superintendent, Staff Engineer, and Project Engineer. Project types have ranged from pumping stations in Illinois, dams and power plants in North Carolina and California, brownfield sites in New Jersey, tunnels in Maryland and New York, to sewer interceptors in Connecticut and Massachusetts. Joshua designs groundwater control projects nationwide. 

He is based out of Keller’s Rockaway office in New Jersey.

Matthew is experienced in a range of dewatering and groundwater control technologies for new construction and remedial applications. His areas of expertise are currently focused on construction dewatering using wellpoint, deep well and ejector systems and landfill gas extraction well drilling . Primary responsibilities include cost estimating, submittal preparation, project coordination, project resource management, and client interface. He holds a BS in Business Administration from Montclair State University in Montclair, NJ. He has been involved in project management since 2006. 

Matthew oversees the New York region. He is based out of Keller’s Rockaway office in New Jersey.

Greg has over 24 years of geotechnical contracting experience with a specific emphasis in construction dewatering. His current responsibilities include supervising the engineering team and other professionals who perform design and analysis, cost estimation and proposal preparation, client interface, and implement QA/QC programs for Keller’s dewatering services. Greg has a deep background in designing innovative dewatering solutions for various dams, levees, and coal ash ponds within a variety of geologic conditions, depths, configurations, and overall project objectives. He holds a M. Eng.Sc., Groundwater Studies, from the University of New South Wales, in Sydney, Australia and a B.A.Sc., Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada. Licensed as a Professional Engineer in New Jersey, he has authored and co-authored numerous technical papers and has been the Co-instructor for ASCE’s annual short course ‘Construction Dewatering and Groundwater Control - Design and Application,’ since 2009. 

With Keller since 2004, Greg is involved with projects nationwide. He is based out of the Rockaway office in New Jersey.
