Banna Aparicio, Keller's Vice President of People, and Sandy-Lee Connolly, Keller's Group Head of Talent and Diversity, have written a mental health special feature in Foundation Drilling Magazine's Women in Construction issue. They discuss Keller's new 'Engineering respect for a safer tomorrow' program to promote psychological safety in the workplace.

"Think Safe. Work Safe. Go Home Safe–these words are at the heart of Keller's safety culture and the campaign we continually promote on our job sites and in our offices. We are all familiar with physical safety, and at our core, we want all our people to return safely to their families at the end of each day.
But safety is not just physical; it's psychological, too, and both are important for maintaining good health and well-being and enhancing team performance and effectiveness."
