Tanner Blackburn is Vice President Engineering of Keller in North America.
Tanner holds a BA in physics from Middlebury College and an MS and PhD in civil engineering from Northwestern University.
He is an active member of the ASCE Geo-Institute and the DFI, serving on technical committees at the national level in both organizations.
Tanner is responsible for technical risk evaluation and management, engineering design competency, and innovation within Keller. Licensed in several states, he has been the designer of record and project manager for many ground improvement, grouting, piling, and earth retention projects.
